Medical packs: needle, plunger and cap in position

Needle, plunger and cap presence in their specified medical-pack positions.

The challenge

A pack can contain missing or displaced components. The customer needed to check each item in its own position: a neighbouring object cannot compensate for the specified one being absent.

The inspection

Imago looks for the needle, plunger and cap in their respective areas. For the needle it also checks length and direction, verifying that the recognised item has the specified shape and arrangement.
