The pack must present the required elements, a regular closure and conforming printed information. Requirements cover both the wrapper and its contents.
The checks
Imago checks the presence and position of pack elements. It searches sealing areas for interruptions, inspects printed characters and reads the barcode. Assessment therefore covers closure, contents and packaged product identification.
