The component

The small component has a stick and tip requiring checks on both glue application and shape. Missing or incorrectly positioned deposits differ from a tip that is too short, asymmetric or outside its diameter limits.

What we inspect

Imago checks glue presence and distribution on the tip and stick, together with orientation and specified part references. Geometric checks include overall height, tip height and area, diameters and symmetry. A dedicated inspection looks for dark spots in the examined material areas.
