Thermoformed packs: reading printed text and codes

Reading text, barcodes and two-dimensional codes on thermoformed packs.

The challenge

A pack can show unreadable characters or a code differing from specification. The customer needed to check printed information even when the material locally changed its shape and position.

The inspection

Imago checks characters, barcodes and two-dimensional codes. Inspection concerns information printed in the pack areas, following the artwork through local deformations accounted for by the application.
