The challenge

A pack can contain a broken or displaced cracker even when product is present. The customer needed to distinguish whole pieces from fragments and check that they occupied their specified positions.

The inspection

Imago checks cracker count and arrangement. Integrity inspection considers outline completeness and visible height and width to recognise broken or incomplete pieces against the specified product.
