The impeller

The impeller requires dimensional features and centres to be consistent. Diameter, height and concentricity describe different characteristics, while the side edge and turned area add surface requirements.

The checks

Imago measures internal and external diameters, checks concentricity and assesses height. Inspection also covers the turned area and searches the side edge for flash, evaluating both impeller dimensions and residual material.
