The challenge

External measurements alone do not describe a bush’s central seat. The customer also needed to inspect the internal opening and burrs, which can locally alter an edge without changing overall component dimensions in the same way.

The inspection

Imago checks height and external diameter, looks for burrs and measures internal diameter from the front view. Inspection therefore covers both external bush geometry and its seat opening.
