Blisters: inspecting contents, seals and print

Contents, film, paper, seals and print: inspection covers both the packaged product and the materials enclosing it.

The component

A biomedical blister combines features with different functions. Contents need to occupy their intended position; film and paper form the packaging, while seals define its closure areas. Foreign material can affect either the pack or its sealing area.

What we inspect

Imago checks content presence and position, film and paper anomalies, sealing areas and foreign material. Print is another inspection area. The checks therefore cover the product, visible integrity of packaging materials and information printed on the substrate.
