Tubes: presence, tilt, caps and labels

Tube presence and tilt, cap condition and label application.

The component

A tube can be missing, tilted or have a cap anomaly. The label is another feature requiring inspection: its presence and application concern a different product area from the closure.

What we inspect

Imago checks tube presence and tilt and examines caps at specified positions. Other inspections concern the label and visible product characteristics. Inspection therefore covers the tube body, closure and labelling, including missing features and anomalies in the respective areas.
