The component

The rotor combines small connections and machined surfaces. A missing or incorrectly positioned wire differs from an open hook. Collector and shaft inspection concerns the condition of their respective features.

What we inspect

Imago checks wire arrangement, including the slot wire and specified third wire, and examines hook angles and closure. Inspection includes commutator surface, residue, shaft, machining features and retaining-ring presence in defined rotor areas.
