A swab can have the correct height yet show an uneven coating or a stain. The customer needed to inspect each item’s shape alongside flocking and surface condition.

The inspection

Imago measures swab geometry, including height, and inspects flocking. Dedicated checks look for black spots and yellow stains, distinguishing surface anomalies from dimensional deviations.
