Die-cast distributors: porosity across multiple views

Porosity inspection on the different surfaces of a die-cast distributor.

The challenge

The distributor surfaces are not all accessible from the same direction. The customer needed to look for porosity in several part areas, distinguishing material anomalies from normal surface appearance.

The inspection

Imago inspects the designated surfaces across several views. The check looks for porosity indications in the specified machined areas, examining distributor surface anomalies.
