Wheels: model recognition and orientation

Recognition of wheel model and valve-hole position.

The challenge

Wheels can differ in spoke design, diameter, hub, height and offset. The customer needed to recognise different models and identify valve-hole orientation.

The inspection

Imago recognises the format among learned models, considering wheel geometry and appearance. Inspection includes finding the valve hole and determining its orientation relative to the wheel.
