Biomedical sticks: geometry, flocking, marks and print

Dimensions, flocking, dark spots, yellow marks, cap colour and pad printing on biomedical sticks.

The assembled stick

The assembled stick has dimensional and appearance requirements. Its covering, surfaces and print may have different defects even on components with similar outlines.

The checks

Imago measures stick height and diameter. It checks flocking, searches for dark spots and yellow marks and inspects cap colour. Pad printing is also assessed, combining geometric measurements with covering and print checks.
