Print: graphic integrity and code inspection

Differences in printed graphics, barcode quality and characteristics of codes on the substrate.

The component

The substrate carries graphic areas and codes with different functions. Printed content can be present yet differ from the intended sample. A barcode requires assessment of code characteristics alongside the presence of surrounding graphics.

What we inspect

Imago checks print quality in selected areas against the reference. Inspection includes graphic features, barcodes and 2D codes specified by the product format. It examines both differences in the printed design and characteristics of codes on the substrate.
